Q. When I am interviewing with a company, can I ask to talk with one of the people who is in the job now?

A. Absolutely. It’s a very reasonable request. Some organization set up in formal meetings, sometimes over lunch, for candidates who are being considered for a job to meet some of the team members.

Any organization that would tell you “no, you can’t meet the team members” is not a place you want to work at anyway!
