What else can I do keep my flame growing?

  1. Take a minute for yourself right now. Stop and think about what you want from your life and career.
  2. Speak your truth today, especially if it is hard to get the words out.
  3. Thank someone for their hard work.
  4. Acknowledge yourself for everything you do. It isn’t easy being a grown-up.
  5. Remember that you are powerful whether you have a good job, a bad job or no job at all!
